Reply by hotelier : Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to say this Sir, but we have fully functioned elevator in our hotel and the service only get disconnected when the service provider comes for maintenance and it would only take about 3o minutes in a month. We are providing one of the best breakfast at Male' and it starts from 730 to 1000 at local time. If you have request in advance we would provide breakfast but the time you are saying may be not correct as the buffet would start from 0730. We will definitely investigate this case and would check from where the service has been disrupted. We really apologies for the inconvenience and we will try our best not to repeat this mistake again. Thank you very much.
