Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests:

    • Guests must notify us within 48 hours of booking if they wish to cancel.
    • Late cancellations may incur a fee, depending on the booking terms.

Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are available if cancellation is requested within the approved time frame.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Early Departures & No-Shows:

    • Guests who check out earlier than planned may not be eligible for a refund.
    • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Exceptions:

    • Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
